A short explanation of the "Culture of Violence Index 2025" by Franz Jedlicka ( http://dx.doi.org/10.13140/RG.2.2.22369.83049 ), which is a follow up of his "Culture of Violence Scale" and confirms his "Legislation-Peace Nexus" theory. The legislation of a country obviously shapes the acceptance of violence of its population and has an impact on its peacefulness. Countries with a legal ban on ALL forms of violence are more peaceful.
